Loco and Riot are leaders of two rival gangs Los Locos and La 213 in the inner hood of Los Angeles. When Loco s little brother decides to step into the territory of La 213 all hell will break loose and in no time both rival gangs will face each other in a bloody confrontation. Loco manages to escape with his girlfriend Mia and other gang members to an abandon hospital where they will be forced to fight a crazy drug dealer named Tweaker and face the imminent return of Riot
Loco y Riot son los líderes de dos pandillas rivales Los Locos y La 213en las entrañas de los barrios de Los Angeles. Cuando el hermano menor de Loco invade el territorio de La se desatará un infierno que provocará en poco tiempo un sangriento enfrentamiento entre las dos pandillas. Loco logra escapar con su novia Mia y otros pandilleros a un hospital abandonado donde se verán forzados a enfrentarse con un demente traficante de drogas llamado Tweaker y esperar el inminente regreso de Riot.
